NOTE: If your order has multiple items, your order may come in separate shipments, and items will be charged once shipped.
- Standard shipping is 3-5 days plus an additional 1-3 days for processing.
- Standard shipping of Personalized products is 3-5 days plus 5 days for processing.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Platform. All purchases from this Platform are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Platform pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notifying you. Some reasons for the delay could include the following:
• We are experiencing higher order volume during this time
• Item(s) in your order may be on backorder in the next 72 hours
• Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand
• Shipping address outside of the continental United States
• A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order

The estimated delivery date is based on the selected shipping method. Shipping dates are based on business days, they do not include weekends. We offer standard shipping we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes .
Return Policy
Items purchased at Bk's Closet (company.site) are eligible for a return with a receipt within 10 business days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued on the original form of payment. Orders purchased with PayPal will be refunded as cash when the customer is present at the point of return or as a check to the customer’s billing address when the customer is not present.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is delivered was the wrong item, is damaged, defective or was shipped to a location other than the shipping address that was provided when ordered. Please note: New order will include shipping & handling charges.
You will receive an email notifying you when we have received your return and credited your account. Please note: it may take a full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
